In order to submit a story, please review the story-telling tips and campaign guidelines to see what opportunities we currently have, then proceed with submitting your story by using the form at the bottom of this webpage.
Please feel free to use a camera, laptop or smart phone with video recording capabilities. If using a cell phone, be sure to shoot your video horizontally (landscape mode) not vertically (portrait mode).
You should be somewhat close to the camera, with perhaps from your chest up visible in the shot.
It helps if you mount your camera or phone on a tripod or a stand but is not necessary. Even steadying it against some books can be useful.
Record your video in a quiet space for better audio quality.
A well lit room helps. Sit facing a sheer white curtain with sunlight coming through if you can. This creates better lighting than direct sunlight through no curtains.
