Genetic Alliance Australia facilitates support for those affected directly or indirectly by genetic/rare conditions throughout Australasia. We are the peak umbrella organisation for conditions so rare that no support group exists. We provide support in the form of information, education (families and medical professionals), counseling, seminars, sibling workshops, conferences, contact, and advocacy. We have over 1300 conditions listed on our database (see http://www.geneticalliance.org.au/conditions.php) – we provide support and information for all families and individuals affected by genetic and rare conditions.
