The Lowe Syndrome Association, Inc. (LSA) is an international, voluntary health organization composed of parents, healthcare professionals, and other interested individuals. Established in 1983, its primary purposes are to foster communication among families, promote a better understanding of the syndrome, provide medical and educational information, and encourage and support research. Activities include publishing and disseminating printed materials, maintaining a web site, sponsoring international conferences, and sponsoring medical research grants.
