Description

The mission of the OMSLife Foundation is to raise awareness of OMS, provide a support network for caregivers, and fund OMS research. OMS is an autoimmune disease thought to occur when the body's immune system is attempting to battle a foreign substance in the body, typically a tumor or virus. The affected patients are primarily toddlers, aged 1 to 3 years.There are approximately 1,000 people in the US affected by this disease.
